STEM Education Works Return Policy
Acceptance: STEM Education Works accepts returns on a limited basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise. We will refund the full cost of the unopened and unused merchandise, minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping/handling costs incurred by STEM Education Works. Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from STEM Education Works.
Return Authorization: Prior to shipping, you must contact STEM Education Works customer service to receive authorization for your return. Please have your serial number and original invoice number available when contacting STEM Education Works.
Shipping: You are responsible for arranging to have the return shipped back to STEM Education Works. If a product consists of several parts, you must return all parts of the product to obtain a refund. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified by STEM Education Works in writing. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Packaging: Returns must be shipped back to STEM Education Works in their original packaging.
Unauthorized Returns: Any return made without written return authorization from STEM Education Works will be considered unauthorized. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund or credit by STEM Education Works. You are solely responsible for arranging the shipment of the unauthorized return from STEM Education Works back to your location. You assume all shipping and handling charges for any unauthorized return.
